Your Membership Card

General Membership

1. Blue Denim VIP Membership  and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Blue Denim. Blue Denim has the right, without limitation, to change, limit, modify or cancel Program Rules, regulations, rewards, and reward levels at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, the ability to use accumulated points, or the ability to obtain certain rewards. Blue Denim may, among other things: (a) increase or decrease the number of points received or required for a reward; (b) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any reward or category. The accumulation of points does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to points, rewards, or program benefits.
2. Participation in the Blue Denim program is subject to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures that Blue Denim may, in its discretion, adopt from time to time. Blue Denim may amend the Rules at any time without notice. Blue Denim has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Rules.
3. The accumulation of points is subject to the Blue Denim Terms and Conditions. Each member is responsible for reading the Blue Denim terms and conditions, newsletters, and statements in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities, and status in the program.
4. The rewards structure is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at Blue Denim’s discretion, with or without notice. The number of points required to redeem any reward may be substantially increased, any reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any reward or its redemption may be imposed at any time.
5. Additionally, Blue Denim has the right to end the Blue Denim VIP Membership program by providing written notice to its members in advance of program termination. In that event, the right to earn points and redeem for rewards may end six months after notification, no matter the extent of member participation in the program. We may terminate the program in whole or in part in any jurisdiction(s) if required to do so by applicable law.
6. After applying to the Blue Denim VIP Membership program, a membership number will be assigned to each applicant. Upon receiving this number, an individual becomes eligible to earn Blue Denim points immediately.
7. If a member card is lost or damaged, replacement cards can be purchased for $20.00. The cost incurred will ensure that all points from the original card are transferred to the new card.

Point Earning

1. A member is eligible to receive points on dining in either Blue Denim’s Wallan or Essendon Cafes. To ensure points are automatically posted to member's account, the member's Blue Denim VIP Membership  Card must be present.
2. No other person except the member may earn points for his/her account. Points for a meal or function shared by two Blue Denim members will only be awarded to one Blue Denim member.
3. Points are earned on every dollar spent at Blue Denim. For every dollar members will receive one point. Points can be redeemed on the accumulation of 100 points or more.
4. Additional points cannot be rewarded to membership cards and must be placed in writing. Extra points are added or deducted at the discretion of Blue Denim.
5. Maximum number of points that can be awarded at one time is 500.
6. An account may be closed at Blue Denim’s discretion if no points are accrued during a 18-month period. All points in the account will be forfeited at that time.
7. Points can be awarded by both Blue Denim Stores.
8. Points not awarded on Takeaway Meals, Dine in Only.
9. Any queries or disputes regarding points earned must be put in writing. Staff at Blue Denim cannot access the points system.
10. Members can email Blue Denim and request their points balance.

Redeeming Points

1. A member is eligible to redeem points at either Blue Denim’s Wallan or Essendon Restaurants. The member's Blue Denim VIP Membership Card must be present.
2. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Accumlated points can be redeemed as a gift voucher.
4. Points can be redeemed on the accumulation of 100 points or more.
5. Dine in only for redemption off bill.
6. Any queries or disputes regarding points redeemed must be put in writing. Staff at Blue Denim cannot access the points system.
7. Members can email Blue Denim and request their points balance.
8. Points cannot be redeemed on meals / functions where any other offer has been granted or is running.

Members Birthday Reward

1. A voucher will be sent out two weeks prior to each members birthday and can be redeemed 7 days prior or 7 days after the member’s actual birthday.
2. Birthday voucher can only be used by the member associated to the membership card. Recieve once joined with a booking of 4 or more guests.
3. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, deducted off a bill or used in conjunction with any other offer.
4. One birthday voucher per table.
5. Photo id maybe requested. Blue Denim have the right to refuse the voucher without the membership card present or photo id.
